What you'll do
- Engage visitors and encourage learning through interactive activities and events
- Promote interaction with XPLORE’s science, adventure and oceans areas
- Operate reception services and handle admission and retail income
- Facilitate birthday parties and school visits
- Support managers in identifying marketing opportunities and generating income
- Work with the team to maintain an excellent customer experience
- Maintain operational efficiency and uphold safety and health rules

- Visitor engagement and customer service
- Communication and reception operations
