What you'll do
- Prepare pastry items according to recipes and hotel standards
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow sanitation practices
- Manage inventory by stocking and sorting ingredients
- Complete daily preparation tasks, including measuring, mixing and baking
- Collaborate with the pastry team on timely dessert production and presentation
- Apply different pastry techniques and presentation methods
- Support the team during busy service periods and complete additional assigned tasks

- Basic baking techniques, baking and pastry preparation
- Measuring and mixing; recipe adherence
- Food safety and sanitation
- Ingredient knowledge
- Inventory management; ingredient stocking and sorting
- Pastry techniques, dessert presentation and kitchen workstation organization
