What you'll do
- Welcome guests and explain hotel facilities and services
- Recommend local attractions, restaurants, transportation and other services
- Make reservations and arrange transportation, tours and other activities
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest inquiries and requests
- Resolve guest complaints and issues, escalating when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and requests
Key requirements
- Concierge services and local area and attractions knowledge
- Guest relations and reservation management
- Transportation and tour arrangements
- Guest complaint resolution and record keeping
- English fluency
- Multitasking, prioritization, problem-solving and decision-making
