What you'll do
- Welcome guests and explain hotel facilities and services
- Recommend local attractions, restaurants, transportation and other services
- Make guest reservations and arrange transportation, tours and activities
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest inquiries and requests
- Resolve guest complaints or issues and escalate when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and requests
Key requirements
- Concierge services and luxury hotel operations
- Local area and attractions knowledge
- Guest reservations, transportation and tour arrangements
- Guest inquiry handling and complaint resolution
- Guest interaction recordkeeping
- English fluency, communication and interpersonal skills; multitasking, prioritization, problem-solving and decision-making
