What you'll do
- Greet guests and assist with luggage while providing customer service
- Deliver luggage and packages to guest rooms promptly and efficiently
- Provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Keep the lobby clean and organized
- Issue room keys
- Assist with other duties assigned by management
Key requirements
- English language and basic computer skills
- Customer service and communication and interpersonal skills
- Luggage handling, heavy lifting, and physical stamina
- Hotel services and amenities knowledge, lobby organization, and room key issuance
- Independent work and teamwork
- Fast-paced work
