What you'll do
- Design bespoke and repeatable experience strategies for diverse clients using stakeholder interviews, research, and journey mapping
- Facilitate design thinking workshops and sessions for internal clients applying the methodology
- Adapt and create frameworks, activities, and templates in real time to meet client needs
- Collaborate with internal EY resources to integrate tools and services into designed experiences
- Prototype session materials including frameworks, diagrams, interfaces, and slides to enhance understanding
- Support clients in using collaboration software such as Miro, Mural, and Mentimeter
- Assist Experience Leaders and Managers with project management and session process facilitation
- Manage large scale event planning and execution
- Develop and maintain key internal client relationships and articulate the value of design to business leaders
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- Design Thinking and Workshop Facilitation expertise
- Experience in Event Management and Planning
- Skills in Visual and Interaction Design including prototyping
- Proficiency with Digital Collaboration Platforms such as Miro, Mural, Mentimeter
- Project Management capabilities
- Strong Communication Skills and Client Relationship Management experience
- Design / Innovationpreferred
