What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end design process including discovery, user flows, IA structures, and high-fidelity UI design
- Apply mobile-first thinking and master Apple HIG and Material Design guidelines for mobile experiences
- Evolve and manage the Allwyn Design System to ensure consistency and scalability
- Design interfaces optimized for performance and accessibility, complying with Web Vitals and WCAG 2.2
- Leverage AI-powered tools for user testing, prototyping, and automated design audits to enhance innovation
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Product Design (UX/UI) with complex transactional flow experience
- Figma proficiency including advanced prototyping and AI-assisted design tools
- Mobile-first design using Apple HIG and Material Design Guidelines
- Information Architecture and user flows design expertise
- HTML/CSS knowledge and understanding of mobile development constraints
- Accessibility standards including WCAG 2.2 and EAA
- Data analytics and A/B testing for data-driven design decisions
- Strong communication skills
