What you'll do
- Develop and execute comprehensive research plans aligned with business objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure research impact
- Plan and conduct research using observation sessions, user interviews, usability tests, and surveys
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate research findings into actionable design items
- Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations and present them to stakeholders
- Advocate for user needs and promote a user-centric culture
- Stay updated with industry trends and improve research processes
- Enhance and maintain processes for managing and utilizing user feedback repositories
Key requirements
- 6+ years' experience
- UX research including observation sessions, user interviews, usability tests, and surveys
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Fullstory
- Leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Presentation, storytelling, and analytical skills to communicate research findings
- Familiarity with agile workflows, Scrum, and project management tools
