What you'll do
- Drive design vision and strategy across multiple initiatives
- Translate client requirements into scalable digital solutions
- Collaborate with Technology Intelligence & Performance team on UI/UX solutions
- Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and final assets
- Develop user personas, customer journeys, and site maps
- Identify and resolve UX issues including responsiveness and usability
- Integrate emerging technologies and AI-powered design tools
- Lead and mentor junior designers, fostering design excellence
- Provide strategic UI/UX guidance to teams, stakeholders, and clients
- Maintain awareness of design trends, tools, and innovations
Key requirements
- 7+ years' experience
- UI/UX Design with advanced Figma and Adobe Creative Suite skills
- Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, responsive design, and mobile-first principles
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and modern interaction design
- Experience with UX research methods, user personas, and customer journeys
- Use of AI-powered design and prototyping tools
- Leadership skills including mentoring and coaching junior designers
- Understanding of HTML and CSS
- User Experience Designpreferred
