What you'll do
- Translate business ideas into clear product requirements and user journeys
- Use design thinking to explore problems, test ideas, and shape solutions
- Create prototypes for discussion, validation, and decision-making
- Visualize concepts, flows, and system ideas during live sessions
- Translate workshop outputs into mid-fidelity design artifacts
- Adjust designs in real time based on participant feedback
- Collaborate with facilitators and technologists to turn ideas into concrete form
- Work with product owners, developers, business teams, and stakeholders
- Support usability checks and lightweight validation exercises
- Document design rationale and key assumptions
- Package outputs for reuse by client or internal teams
- Use AI tools to improve efficiency and support design tasks
- Simplify complex processes into useful, easy-to-use digital experiences
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- Product design, UI/UX design, and design thinking
- Figma, Prototyping, and Adobe Creative Cloud
- User journey mapping, Service blueprints, and Low- to mid-fidelity design artifacts
- Stakeholder collaboration and Usability testing
- Visual thinking and Written communication
- English and Greek
- Design / Human-Computer Interaction / Psychology / Engineering
