What you'll do
- Maximize guest satisfaction by listening to guests’ needs and providing excellent service
- Handle and promptly resolve guest complaints
- Take food and beverage orders by phone or from room door order cards
- Prepare serving trolleys
- Deliver orders to guests’ rooms and serve them
- Check corridors for dishes or trolleys left by guests
- Collaborate with operational departments to support guest satisfaction
Key requirements
- Room service order taking and order delivery
- Food and beverage service, menu knowledge, and trolley preparation
- Dietary restrictions awareness and guest satisfaction
- Guest complaint resolution and corridor clearance
- English language and cross-department collaboration
- Tourism / Hospitality Managementpreferred
