What you'll do
- Welcome guests warmly and bid them farewell with anticipation of their next visit
- Assist with taking and delivering food and beverage orders
- Provide prompt, courteous service throughout the meal
- Set and clear tables promptly
- Maintain clean, organized dining areas
- Maintain stock levels of supplies and equipment
- Follow health and safety regulations
- Support service standards through friendly, courteous, professional service
- Remove dishes, glassware and cutlery from tables
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely food and beverage delivery
Key requirements
- Customer service and Conversational English
- Food and beverage service and Dining table service
- POS system
- Health and safety regulations and Sanitation regulations
- Stock management and Dining area cleanliness
- Kitchen and bar coordination
