What you'll do
- Listen to guest needs and provide service that maximizes guest satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints and resolve them promptly
- Take food and beverage orders by phone or from guest order cards
- Prepare the service trolley
- Deliver and serve orders in guest rooms
- Check corridors and floors for dishes or trolleys left by guests
- Collaborate with operational departments to maximize guest satisfaction
Key requirements
- English language and Guest communication
- Customer service and Complaint resolution
- Food and beverage order taking and Order collection
- Room service delivery and Trolley preparation
- Dietary restriction awareness and Hotel menu knowledge
- Corridor service-area checks and Cross-department collaboration
- Tourism / Hospitality Managementpreferred
