What you'll do
- Take food and beverage room service orders by phone or from order cards
- Prepare the trolley used for serving
- Deliver food orders to guests' rooms and serve them
- Check floors for dishes or trolleys left by guests in corridors
- Handle guest complaints and resolve them promptly
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

- Guest Service and Complaint Management skills
- Communication Skills with strong customer focus
- Food and Beverage Order Taking and Menu Knowledge
