What you'll do
- Oversee the entire operation of the food and beverage outlets
- Work with hotel management to enhance hotel services and operations
- Ensure SOP implementation across food and beverage departments
- Train food and beverage staff and managers or supervisors to deliver high-quality service
- Ensure food and beverage quality and forecast operational needs
- Ensure proper food presentation and food-handling procedures
- Maintain staff appearance, hygiene and professional conduct
- Arrange and track equipment maintenance, repairs and related services
- Organize monthly inventory records according to internal procedures
- Apply HACCP and ISO procedures
- Participate in annual budget preparation and take corrective action when required
- Maintain operating budgets and employee records
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on operating costs, budgets and forecasts
- Handle guest complaints effectively
- Participate in staff recruitment
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Food and beverage operations management and hotel operations
- HACCP procedures, ISO procedures, and food safety and handling
- Budget preparation and cost control, forecasting, and report preparation
- Staff training and inventory management
- MS Office and PMS OPERA
- Equipment maintenance coordination
- Hospitality and Tourism / Any Fieldpreferred
