What you'll do
- Oversee food and beverage operations across the hotel.
- Manage restaurant and bar inventories, summaries, and cash deposits for functions.
- Coordinate group requirements with planners and available services and facilities.
- Assist with beverage menu planning and pricing.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, procedures, security requirements, and brand standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and condition of restaurant and bar areas, furniture, and equipment.
- Uphold employee appearance and professional conduct standards.
- Guide team members by setting and monitoring performance standards.
- Manage hotel profitability while meeting revenue and guest satisfaction targets.
- Handle complaints and oversee service recovery procedures.
- Review performance in regular meetings and propose corrective actions.
- Develop improvement initiatives and implement cost-saving measures.
- Manage outlet budgeting and monitor financial results.
- Support employee talent acquisition, training, development, and evaluation.
- Coordinate F&B capital expenditure requirements with hotel management.
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Food and beverage operations management, team management, and organizational skills
- P&L analysis, food cost analysis, budgeting, and financial target management
- POS systems and Microsoft Excel
- Inventory management and problem solving
- Health and safety compliance and policy and procedure development
- Employee training and development; bilingual communication in Greek and English
- Hotel Management / Any Field
