What you'll do
- Oversee culinary operations, restaurants, bars, and room service.
- Lead, supervise, and develop the Food & Beverage team for efficient daily operations.
- Foster a positive, motivating, and collaborative service-focused environment.
- Address guest and employee concerns to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Resolve guest complaints promptly or escalate them when necessary.
- Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation standards across Food & Beverage outlets.
- Lead recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing coaching.
- Develop strategic goals and action plans to meet departmental objectives.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor Food & Beverage financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and accounting standards.
- Promote effective communication through team meetings, reporting, and coordination.
- Participate in management meetings and complete additional assigned responsibilities.
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Food and beverage operations management and hotel and resort operations
- Leadership and team supervision; staff recruitment and training
- Guest experience management, guest request management, and guest complaint resolution
- Budget management and cost control; strategic planning
- Quality standards management; health and safety compliance; accounting standards compliance
- Hotel operating systems, MS Office, and written and spoken English
