What you'll do
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Present menus and explain food and beverage options, specials, and promotions
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
- Provide prompt and efficient food and beverage service
- Set up and clean tables and dining areas
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and tactfully
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Key requirements
- Customer service, communication skills, and complaint handling
- Food and beverage knowledge, order taking, and food and beverage service
- Cash handling and basic mathematics
- Teamwork and multitasking
- Organization and table setup and cleanup
- English fluency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
