What you'll do
- Maintain the employee masterfile and keep personal, contractual, compensation, and benefits data accurate
- Update Hibob records for hires, salary changes, bonuses, and leavers
- Audit and reconcile Hibob, payroll, and Finance records, correcting discrepancies
- Administer medical insurance, including enrollments, changes, terminations, and employee queries
- Manage savings plan participation, contribution changes, and monthly provider and payroll data
- Administer other benefits, processing joiners, leavers, and changes on time
- Coordinate with benefits providers and brokers, and verify invoices and premiums against the masterfile
- Prepare monthly employee cost reports covering salaries, employer contributions, bonuses, and benefits
- Provide Finance with people-cost data for close, accruals, forecasts, and budgets, and explain variances
- Produce recurring reports on headcount, joiners, leavers, turnover, leave, and benefits participation
- Respond to People, Finance, and leadership data and reporting requests
- Maintain audit records and documentation, and document processes for consistent improvement
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- HRIS data management with Hibob
- Benefits administration, including medical insurance and savings or pension plans
- Excel/Google Sheets and HR reporting
- Payroll elements and employer costs, plus employee cost reporting
- Data auditing and reconciliation
- Benefits provider and invoice management, finance support, and records and compliance documentation
- English fluency
