What you'll do
- Assess, screen, and interview candidates and onboard new hires
- Prepare hiring paperwork, employee files, and ERGANI administration
- Coordinate employee accommodation, transport, catering, and social activities
- Manage HR administration, contracts, offer letters, and personnel files
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Support weekly payroll processing for starters, leavers, and timesheets
- Upload team schedules to ERGANI System and check daily compliance
- Manage holiday, sick, and maternity leave
- Monitor the performance evaluation process and coordinate related deadlines
- Coordinate training plans and facilitate the training process
- Monitor skill gaps and propose relevant training programs
- Keep the employee handbook updated and distribute it to team members
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- HR administration, Employee records management, and MS Office
- Payroll administration and Compensation and benefits management
- Greek labor law and employment regulations
- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Employee relations
- ERGANI System, Leave management, Training coordination, and Performance evaluation coordination
- Greek language and English language
- Human Resource Management / Business Administration / Hospitality Management / Any Field
