What you'll do
- Configure forms, UI Policies, Business Rules and Flow Designer workflows
- Support SAM Pro activities covering models, contracts and software inventory data
- Support Contract Management through contract records, workflows and renewal tracking
- Support IRM/TPRM assessments, questionnaires, scoring and issue tracking
- Prepare documentation, testing scripts and troubleshooting analyses
- Implement and maintain SAM Pro discovery, normalization, reconciliation and optimization
- Configure Contract Management workflows, renewals, clauses, notifications and analytics
- Support IRM/TPRM processes including vendor onboarding, assessments, scoring and issue tracking
- Develop ServiceNow configurations and automations using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies and Flow Designer
- Integrate ServiceNow with inventory, procurement, contract and risk systems
- Provide technical leadership, documentation, testing and platform governance

- ServiceNow configuration and development across ITAM, SAM Pro, Contract Management and IRM/TPRM
- SAM Pro and ITAM, including software inventory and asset processes
- Contract Management and IRM/Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
- JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer and REST API
- Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts and HTML/CSS
- JSON, databases and data modeling
- Business Administration / Computer Science / Information Systemspreferred
