What you'll do
- Lead and coordinate development and refresh of the bank's technology and digital strategy
- Coordinate annual and multi-year technology planning cycles translating business priorities into strategic themes and initiatives
- Maintain an integrated view of technology strategic agenda including initiatives, milestones, risks, and progress
- Design and improve governance routines for the technology portfolio ensuring oversight and disciplined follow-up
- Monitor portfolio performance and prepare decision-support material for senior management
- Coordinate collection, validation, and reporting of KPIs across CDTO areas
- Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, and governance packs for senior committees and stakeholders
- Facilitate alignment among technology, digital, cybersecurity, data, finance, risk, audit, and business stakeholders
- Support follow-up of risk, audit, and control-related topics ensuring ownership and escalation
- Promote standardization of governance processes, reporting methodologies, and working practices
Key requirements
- 10+ years' experience
- Technology strategy and IT governance
- Portfolio management and strategic planning
- Performance reporting and KPI frameworks
- Executive presentations and stakeholder management
- Digital transformation and project management
- Problem solving, analytical thinking, communication skills, and collaboration
- Computer Science / Engineering / Business Administration / Technology Management / Digital Transformation / Financepreferred
