What you'll do
- Support development and maintenance of the Bank’s technology and digital strategy
- Support and coordinate annual and multi-year technology planning cycles
- Maintain and monitor the integrated technology master plan including planning, timelines, and progress tracking
- Support governance frameworks across the technology initiative portfolio ensuring consistency and transparency
- Monitor portfolio performance including progress, risks, dependencies, and deviations
- Support preparation of presentations and reports for Top Management and internal stakeholders
- Facilitate alignment between business units and technology teams on priorities and execution roadmaps
- Support enhancement and standardization of governance processes and reporting methodologies
- Identify and flag issues impacting execution and support resolution tracking
Key requirements
- 7+ years' experience
- Technology strategy and digital transformation expertise
- Strategic planning and planning cycles
- Project management and portfolio management
- Governance processes and monitoring
- Performance reporting and reporting methodologies
- Stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Business Administration knowledge
- Computer Science / Business Administrationpreferred
