What you'll do
- Support clients in managing IT ecosystems to improve efficiency and maximize investments
- Work on Microsoft engagements across Europe, the US, the Middle East and Africa
- Contribute actively to the Microsoft Center of Excellence
- Cover vendor licensing matters with Software licensing specialists
- Complete project-managed Software Asset Management engagements
- Perform risk assessments based on contract terms and conditions
- Extract data and analyze financial and operational contract compliance
- Prepare client deliverables, including calculations and reports
- Support Microsoft and customers through discussions with relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional client teams and manage multiple projects
- Identify opportunities for new methodologies and work processes
- Train and coach more junior team members
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Microsoft Volume Licensing Programs and Microsoft Licensing
- Software Asset Management, Risk Assessments and Contract Compliance Analysis
- Data Analytics and Report Preparation
- Technical Presentation and Stakeholder Discussions
- Client Relationship Management and Cross-functional Collaboration
- English
- Computer Sciencepreferred
