What you'll do
- Lead and mentor a team of WMS consultants ensuring high-quality project delivery
- Manage implementation, support, and optimization of ENTERSOFTONE WMS for partners and customers
- Analyze warehouse operations and business processes
- Oversee ENTERSOFTONE WMS configuration, testing, go-live, and post-production support
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, and resources for successful delivery
- Deliver or oversee training sessions and workshops for customers, partners, and internal teams
Key requirements
- Expertise in ENTERSOFTONE WMS and knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics processes, and supply chain management
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
- Leadership and project management skills
- Training delivery and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and customer orientation skills
- Computer Science / Information Technology / Logistics / Supply Chain / Engineering / Related fieldpreferred
