What you'll do
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of SAP implementation projects ensuring technical excellence and alignment with business goals
- Ensure effective collaboration with Deloitte’s offshore delivery centers
- Define and implement technical strategy and architecture governance for SAP initiatives
- Lead, develop, and mentor multifunctional teams including developers, consultants, QA specialists, and support staff
- Direct delivery center operations including resource allocation, capacity planning, and SLA management
- Establish and enforce quality standards, KPIs, and monitor delivery timelines and budgets
- Manage escalation processes and provide strategic resolution for complex SAP issues
- Build and maintain strategic stakeholder relationships and serve as primary contact for delivery center performance
- Ensure organizational compliance with policies, methodologies, and regulatory requirements
- Lead strategic project planning, resource estimation, and participate in business development initiatives
- Provide executive-level project status reporting and communicate risks, opportunities, and recommendations
- Maintain project documentation standards and drive best practice adoption
Key requirements
- 7+ years' experience
- SAP implementation methodologies and SAP development tools including ABAP, Fiori, Cloud solutions
- Technical knowledge of SAP modules and SAP system architecture and integration
- Strategic leadership and delivery center management skills
- Team management, mentoring, and global/distributed/offshore team management experience
- Stakeholder management and English communication skills
- Resource allocation, capacity planning, quality standards enforcement, and KPI management
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Technical strategy and architecture governance
- Compliance and governance knowledge
- Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Technical-Scientific Disciplinespreferred
