What you'll do
- Own delivery across single or multiple accounts ensuring successful project execution and client satisfaction
- Organize delivery teams and initiate projects with the right people and delivery setup
- Manage key projects directly including delivery, risks, timelines, quality, and stakeholder management
- Partner with Managers and Client Partners to ensure strong client relationships and delivery success
- Take ownership of delivery across new and existing accounts including consultative selling
- Manage customer relationships as primary client contact
- Support business development activities and oversee financials
- Oversee delivery processes, project execution, risks, and quality standards
- Engage in presales and consultative selling across multiple technologies
- Provide high-level architecture oversight and support SDLC setup for technical projects
- Visit customer offices regularly to maintain client engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive project success and maximize client value

- 10+ years' experience
- Delivery Management and Project Execution
- Customer Relationship Management and Stakeholder Management
- Business Development Support and Consultative Selling
- Software Project Management and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Setup
- High-Level Architecture Oversight
- Multilingual Communication in Greek and English
