What you'll do
- Own delivery for one or multiple accounts, ensuring project success and client satisfaction
- Structure delivery teams and launch new projects with appropriate talent and skills
- Manage key projects including delivery, risk mitigation, scheduling, quality control, and stakeholder communication
- Collaborate with Managers and Client Partners to build client relationships and secure outcomes
- Drive delivery ownership for new and existing accounts and participate in consultative sales
- Serve as main point of contact for clients and manage ongoing relationships
- Contribute to business development and assist with financial planning and oversight
- Supervise delivery workflows, project execution, risk factors, and quality benchmarks
- Participate in presales activities and provide consultative selling
- Provide architectural guidance and support SDLC for complex initiatives
- Conduct regular on-site visits to Athens client offices
- Remain flexible across different account structures
- Partner with internal teams to enhance project outcomes and client value
Key requirements
- 10+ years' experience
- Delivery Management and Project Management within enterprise software projects
- Client Relationship Management and Business Development skills
- Presales and Consultative Selling experience across various technologies
- Architectural Guidance and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) support
- Risk Mitigation and Stakeholder Communication abilities
- Fluency in Greek at C1 level and English at B2 level
