What you'll do
- Collaborate with business units to gather, assess, and validate new requirements
- Prioritize and align initiatives with organizational strategy and long-term objectives
- Evaluate effort, cost, and expected benefits to support decision-making for new projects
- Organize and maintain the demand backlog before handing it over to Business Analysts
- Ensure proposed initiatives are feasible, aligned with resources, and deliver measurable value
- Support continuous improvement of delivery and demand management processes
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- IT delivery management, demand management, and business analysis
- Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strategic alignment, benefit analysis, and project prioritization frameworks
- Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Computer Science / Information Technology
