What you'll do
- Manage the efficient operation of the Guest Relations Office and related procedures
- Respond to guest requests and follow up to ensure their needs are met
- Listen to and address guest complaints effectively
- Maintain high standards of guest care
- Provide friendly, efficient and courteous service
- Operate switchboard, call center and reservations software for Front Office activities
- Handle daily Front Office transactions accurately
- Answer and transfer telephone calls
- Escort guests to their rooms and show them hotel facilities
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Guest relations, customer service and complaint handling
- Front office operations and telephone switchboard operation
- Call center software, reservations software and Protel hotel management software
- English language and communication skills
- Organizational skills, multitasking and critical thinking
- Leadership and sales orientation
- Hospitality Management / Business Administration / Any Fieldpreferred
