What you'll do
- Greet customers upon their arrival
- Identify customer trends, needs, and special requests before arrival
- Inform customers about hotel facilities and promote hotel services
- Ensure customer satisfaction and manage customer requirements
- Inspect rooms before customer arrival
- Manage and resolve urgent or emergency incidents
Key requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English, and possibly French or German
- Professional experience in a similar position in 5-star hotels
- Knowledge of OPERA system and computer usage
- Politeness, friendly and pleasant personality oriented to customer service
- Team spirit and cooperation
