What you'll do
- Promote hotel amenities, services, and packages to enhance guest experience
- Organize and facilitate guest engagement activities and events
- Upsell room upgrades and additional services to maximize revenue
- Promote hotel facilities such as restaurants, bars, and spa
- Address guest complaints efficiently to maintain satisfaction
- Follow up with guests to ensure resolution of concerns
- Maintain effective communication with hotel departments for seamless service
- Update guests on hotel services, special offers, and events
- Provide personalized assistance and respond promptly to guest inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and special requests in the system
- Prepare reports on guest satisfaction and service trends
- Assist guests with reservations and recommendations for local attractions and dining
- Coordinate special requests like room preferences and celebrations
Key requirements
- Communication and interpersonal skills for guest and staff interactions
- Complaint resolution skills to handle guest concerns effectively
- Customer service and guest engagement facilitation
- Multitasking and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of English and additional language skills as a plus
- Proficiency with property management systems such as Opera
- Record keeping and report preparation
