What you'll do
- Promote hotel amenities, services, and packages to enhance guest experience
- Organize and facilitate guest engagement activities and events
- Upsell room upgrades and additional services to maximize revenue
- Promote hotel facilities such as restaurants, bars, and spa
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues swiftly to maintain satisfaction
- Follow up with guests to ensure concerns are fully resolved
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage departments
- Update guests on services, special offers, and events
- Provide personalized assistance and respond to guest inquiries promptly
- Maintain records of guest interactions, feedback, and requests in hotel management system
- Prepare reports on guest satisfaction and service trends
- Assist guests with reservations and recommendations for local attractions and dining
- Coordinate special requests such as room preferences and celebrations
Key requirements
- Guest Relations and Customer Service skills
- Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Problem resolution and Multitasking abilities
- English language proficiency
- Knowledge of Property management systems (Opera) and Hotel management software
- Upselling and Hotel services knowledge
- Hospitality / Diploma in Hospitalitypreferred
