What you'll do
- Develop detailed project plans and lead their execution across multiple departments
- Optimize resource use, track KPIs, and keep projects within budget and timeline constraints
- Support supervisors and team members to promote collaboration and productivity
- Coordinate communication between Board members and project teams
- Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards and organizational priorities
- Monitor project risks and adjust plans throughout the project lifecycle
- Evaluate projects and prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and related documents
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Project planning and execution; Project management tools
- Resource management; Budget and timeline management
- Risk management; Quality management
- KPI management; Project reporting
- Microsoft Office Suite
- English language; Greek language
- Business Administration / Economics / Finance / STEM / Project Management / Any Field
