What you'll do
- Collect technical, operational, scheduling, and budget-related information from project teams and stakeholders
- Consolidate project data from multiple renewable energy projects into standardized tracking tools and databases
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project milestones, budgets, schedules, risks, and deliverables
- Ensure consistency and quality of project information across all reporting platforms
- Retrieve and analyze project data to prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports for management
- Generate project status reports, budget tracking reports, KPI dashboards, and portfolio summaries
- Support the Country Manager in monitoring project performance, identifying deviations, and tracking corrective actions
- Prepare presentations and management reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in coordinating activities between engineering, development, procurement, construction, and finance teams
- Track project schedules, action items, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
- Organize project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on assigned actions
- Support continuous improvement of project reporting processes and documentation standards
