What you'll do
- Participate in meetings with clients and subcontractors to align project objectives and expectations
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, procurement, and construction
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints
- Report project status, milestones, and risks to senior management and stakeholders
- Act as primary contact for clients, contractors, and vendors maintaining strong relationships
- Engage stakeholders to gather project requirements, resolve conflicts, and ensure objectives are met
Key requirements
- 10+ years' experience
- Project management and power plant project management skills
- Budget management and resource allocation capabilities
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination
- Team leadership and communication skills
- Fluency in English with a European language as a bonus
- Capability for independent work and international work experience
- Travel availability around 25%
