What you'll do
- Make reservations for all spa treatments
- Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy
- Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information
- Greet guests courteously upon arrival
- Promote in-house and sister properties’ services and facilities
- Handle guest needs, inquiries, and requests regarding spa services
- Record pertinent information on registration cards and report daily activity in the logbook
- Conduct guest check-in and check-out procedures according to company standards
Key requirements
- Spa treatment reservations and reservations software
- English language proficiency and computer skills
- Guest service, guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Upselling and service and facility promotion
- Accuracy checking, financial information management, and registration documentation
- Daily activity reporting
