What you'll do
- Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first and last impression
- Provide information on spa services, treatments and pricing
- Guide guests through check-in and check-out, including pre- and post-treatment protocols
- Protect guest confidentiality and privacy
- Schedule spa appointments using the booking system
- Confirm reservations, explain cancellation policies and adjust appointments
- Coordinate with therapists and team members to ensure timely service
- Build positive guest relationships and remember repeat guests’ preferences
- Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally, escalating issues when needed
- Encourage guest feedback and support follow-up actions
- Promote spa packages, seasonal offers and retail products
- Use product knowledge to encourage sales of spa retail items
Key requirements
- Guest service, customer relations and complaint handling
- Appointment scheduling and booking systems
- Check-in and check-out procedures
- Sales and promotions, product knowledge and point-of-sale systems
- Basic computer skills, organizational skills and time management
- Health and safety regulations, guest confidentiality and privacy, and English language
- General Education / Hospitality Management
