What you'll do
- Make reservations for all spa treatments
- Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy
- Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information
- Greet guests courteously upon arrival
- Promote in-house and sister properties’ services and facilities
- Handle guest needs, inquiries, and requests regarding spa services
- Record pertinent information on registration cards
- Report daily activity in the log book
- Conduct guest check-in and check-out procedures according to company standards
Key requirements
- Spa treatment reservations
- English language proficiency
- Computer skills and financial information handling
- Data accuracy checking and registration documentation
- Guest greeting, inquiry handling, and check-in and check-out
- Upselling, service promotion, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
