What you'll do
- Ensure departmental services comply with company policies, procedures, and standards
- Manage and monitor equipment and materials
- Prepare and present labor and material cost estimates for projects
- Supervise electrical systems and automation
- Guide, train, and oversee the maintenance team
- Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk teams to meet hotel maintenance needs
- Follow company health and safety policies and procedures
- Coordinate with procurement to order and allocate materials and equipment
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Maintenance management, equipment and materials management
- Electrical systems, Automation, Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Leadership, Team building
- Organizational skills, Problem-solving
- Microsoft Office
- Health and safety compliance, Cost estimation, Procurement coordination
- Greek language, English language
- Any Fieldpreferred
