What you'll do
- Inspect the building and facilities daily to verify safe and efficient operation.
- Monitor fire safety requirements.
- Maintain pools daily, including cleaning and pH and chemical monitoring.
- Monitor pending maintenance tasks and breakdowns daily.
- Maintain the maintenance breakdown log.
- Organize and monitor maintenance inventory, including tools and spare parts.
- Supervise and monitor external crews working on site.
- Prepare monthly and annual reports and recommend required maintenance work.
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Building and facilities inspection, maintenance management, and maintenance reporting
- Fire safety and industry regulations and safety compliance
- Pool maintenance and pH and chemical monitoring
- Maintenance inventory management and breakdown log management
- External crew supervision
- Emergency response, problem solving, effective communication, and English language
- Electrical Engineering / Technical Studiespreferred
