What you'll do
- Ensure daily departmental services comply with company policies, procedures, and standards
- Manage and monitor equipment and materials
- Estimate and present project labor and material costs in advance
- Supervise electrical systems and automation
- Guide, train, and oversee the maintenance team
- Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk to meet hotel maintenance needs
- Follow company health and safety policies and procedures daily
- Coordinate with procurement to order and allocate materials and equipment
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Maintenance management and hotel maintenance operations
- Equipment and materials management
- Electrical systems supervision and automation systems
- Maintenance team supervision
- Health and safety procedures
- Cost estimation and procurement coordination
- Building Management Systems (BMS), Microsoft Office
- Any Fieldpreferred
