This includes preparation room, treatment rooms, locker rooms and guests’ facilities.</li><li>Utilize each of the rooms and provide information to guests about the services offered in the Spa as well as the Hotel.</li><li>Provide indoor and outdoor treatments.</li><li>Handle guest interactions with the highest level of courtesy and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolving customer complaints; assisting guests and visitors in all inquiries in connection with spa services.</li><li>Provide a courteous, professional and warm attitude towards guests, leads, supervisors, managers and co-workers.</li><li>Comply with hygiene and safety rules, quality criteria and procedures within the department.
