What you'll do
- Perform direct sales and provide customer service
- Advise customers on product selection
- Maintain the boutique’s visual merchandising
- Handle customer queries and complaints
- Process cash and card payments and refunds
- Reconcile cash registers with receipts
- Replenish shelves with merchandise
- Monitor sales, resolve discrepancies, and prepare sales reports
- Coordinate merchandise and equipment ordering, receipt, and returns
- Monitor stock and merchandising, and conduct monthly physical inventory checks
- Maintain store security
- Keep the store tidy and clean
- Follow company guidelines and policies
Key requirements
- Direct sales, customer service, and luxury goods retail sales
- Visual merchandising and retail store operations
- Inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandise ordering and returns
- Cash and card payment processing and cash register reconciliation
- Sales reporting and complaint handling
- Store security, MS Office, and English fluency
- Hospitality Managementpreferred
