What you'll do
- Coordinate and supervise the housekeeping team
- Train and coach housekeeping staff on cleaning and maintenance procedures
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and orderliness
- Coordinate with front desk staff to support guest satisfaction
- Order and manage housekeeping supplies and inventory
- Schedule staff and assign tasks for efficient resource use
- Help develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures
Key requirements
- Housekeeping team coordination and supervision; housekeeping scheduling and task assignment
- Cleaning and sanitation procedures; cleaning and maintenance methods
- Room and public-area inspection; guest satisfaction coordination
- Housekeeping supplies and inventory management
- Health and safety regulations
- Organizational skills; time management; communication skills; interpersonal skills; independent decision-making; English language fluency; staff training and coaching
