What you'll do
- Oversee staff on a daily basis
- Check rooms and common areas
- Schedule replacement shifts for absences
- Set cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards for staff
- Motivate team members and resolve workplace issues
- Respond to customer complaints and special requests
- Monitor and replenish cleaning product stock
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies
Key requirements
- Housekeeping supervision and cleaning operations inspection
- Cleaning and maintenance, including use of cleaning equipment and products
- Staff scheduling and shift flexibility
- Team management and organizational skills
- Cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards; safety and sanitation compliance
- Inventory replenishment, customer complaint handling and physical stamina
- General Studiespreferred
