The Site Manager in an Owner's Engineer assignment is instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of AFRY’s services. Ο/η Junior Area Manager θα αναλάβει την ανάπτυξη και υποστήριξη συνεργασιών με ξενοδοχειακούς πελάτες στην περιοχή ευθύνης, συμβάλλοντας στη διεύρυνση του δικτύου και την ενίσχυση της παρουσίας της εταιρείας.<ul><li>Ανάπτυξη και διαχείριση του πελατολογίου της περιοχής, με στόχο νέες συνεργασίες και διατήρηση των υφιστάμενων.</li><li>Ενημέρωση και παρουσίαση των προϊόντων της εταιρείας, διασφαλίζοντας σωστή πληροφόρηση και επαγγελματική προώθηση.</li><li>Υλοποίηση του ημερήσιου και εβδομαδιαίου προγράμματος επισκέψεων σε ξενοδοχεία και επαγγελματικούς χώρους φιλοξενίας.</li><li>Συλλογή αναγκών πελατών, παροχή προτάσεων, σύνταξη και αποστολή εμπορικών προσφορών.</li><li>Διαχείριση παραγγελιών (καταχώρηση, παρακολούθηση προόδου, συντονισμός με logistics) και διασφάλιση έγκαιρης εξυπηρέτησης.</li><li>Άμεση τεχνική και εμπορική υποστήριξη προς τους συνεργάτες, με στόχο την επίλυση ζητημάτων και τη διατήρηση υψηλού επιπέδου ικανοποίησης.</li><li>Παρακολούθηση της αγοράς και του ανταγωνισμού, συλλογή feedback και καταγραφή ευκαιριών ανάπτυξης.</li><li>Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ.</li><li>Εμπειρία έως 2 έτη σε ρόλο B2B Sales / Account Management / Customer Service.</li><li>Πολύ καλή γνώση Microsoft Office.</li><li>Χρήση CRM θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.Άριστη γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας.</li><li>Δίπλωμα οδήγησης και δυνατότητα ταξιδιών.</li><li>Ικανότητα επικοινωνίας και δημιουργίας σχέσεων εμπιστοσύνης.</li><li>Οργανωτικότητα και καλή διαχείριση χρόνου.</li><li>Ικανότητα διαπραγμάτευσης και επίλυσης προβλημάτων.Πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση.</li><li>Σύμβαση αορίστου χρόνου.</li><li>Ιδιωτική ιατροφαρμακευτική ασφάλιση.</li><li>Υψηλά Bonus βάσει επίτευξης στόχων.</li><li>Εταιρικό αυτοκίνητο, κινητό και tablet.</li><li>Συνεχή εκπαίδευση και προοπτικές εξέλιξης σε ένα αναπτυσσόμενο περιβάλλον.</li></ul>
