Handle reservations, inquiries, and requests via phone and email.</li><li>Problem Resolution:&nbsp;Address and resolve guest issues and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction while adhering to hotel policies and procedures.</li><li>Safety and Security:&nbsp;Monitor and maintain the security of the front desk area, ensuring the safety and privacy of guests. Follow hotel security and emergency procedures.</li><li>Administrative Duties:&nbsp;Complete administrative tasks, such as filing, record-keeping, and updating guest information.</li><li>Collaboration:&nbsp;Work closely with other hotel departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage, to ensure seamless guest experiences.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree (National or International university/ AEI or TEI)</li><li>1 year minimum experience on similar position, leadership in hospitality strongly required.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages.
