This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy, accessibility, and security of critical technical and contractual documents that support safe and efficient project execution.&nbsp;Key Accountabilities&nbsp;<ul><li>Manage, control, and track all technical, contractual, and project-related documentation in line with company and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Maintain a well-organised electronic and physical document control system (EDMS), ensuring timely retrieval, version control, and secure storage of documents.</li><li>Review documents for completeness, accuracy, formatting, and compliance with established standards prior to submission or distribution.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure effective document flow and revision management.</li><li>Ensure timely distribution of controlled documents, including drawings, specifications, procedures, reports, and correspondence.</li><li>Maintain audit trails for document revisions, approvals, and archiving, ensuring traceability and compliance.</li><li>Support project teams during audits, inspections, and handover phases by providing accurate and up-to-date documentation.</li><li>Provide guidance and training to project personnel on document control processes, tools, and best practices.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications and Experience&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field.</li><li>3–5 years of experience in Document Control, ideally within the Oil &amp; Gas, Energy, or Engineering sector.</li><li>Solid understanding of document control procedures, quality management systems, and industry standards.</li><li>Proficiency in Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as Trimble Viewpoint for Projects, SharePoint, Aconex, Documentum, or similar.</li><li>Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Familiarity with ISO standards, company codes, and regulatory requirements relevant to the Oil &amp; Gas industry.</li><li>Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.</li></ul>&nbsp;&nbsp;Skills&nbsp;<ul><li>Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.</li><li>Effective communicator and collaborator across all levels and functions.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.</li><li>Analytical and methodical approach, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.</li><li>Team-oriented and adaptable within a dynamic work environment.</li></ul>&nbsp;What we offer:&nbsp;<ul><li>Opportunity to join a leading independent Oil &amp; Gas operator.</li><li>Exposure to technically complex, high-value projects.</li><li>Career growth and professional development opportunities.</li><li>A collaborative, safety-focused, and inclusive work environment.</li></ul>&nbsp;Rewards:&nbsp;We offer a competitive benefits package including medical coverage, pension plan, life insurance, continuous training opportunities, and career development pathways.
