Our Financial Services department is continuously growing, supporting clients of all different sizes across many different sectors and is currently seeking to employ a Risk &amp; Reg FS Manager.The key responsibilities of the Risk &amp; Reg FS Manager will include:<ul><li>Managing a broad range of Risk &amp; Regulatory advisory or assurance related projects focused on the Financial Services Sector (mainly on Banking)</li><li>Planning and directing projects such as risk assessments, risk model development and validation, business process and internal control reviews, development of ERM frameworks, designing risk appetite frameworks, regulatory compliance reviews (such as On-Site and Internal Model Investigations) or regulatory frameworks readiness assessments regarding the Risk Management functions, preparation of Risk reporting packages</li><li>Managing teams of qualified and highly motivated professionals</li><li>Implementing risk management solutions aligned to the client’s vision and strategic priorities</li><li>Interacting on a regular basis with clients</li><li>Delivering excellent client service</li><li>Working collaboratively with other lines of service and practice areas to deliver other services</li><li>Maintain highest standards of business ethics</li><li>Participate in the departmental business development activities</li></ul>For whom we’re looking for:<ul><li>A minimum of 5 to 6 years’ experience in similar position, preferably in an advisory firm</li><li>Good command of the applicable regulatory frameworks including but not limited to EU Prudential Regulation (e.g. CRR and EBA Guidelines)</li><li>Someone who holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management or other related fields. Risk & Regulatory FS Manager

As a Data Governance Consultant, you will work closely with our clients, leading and coaching cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize data governance strategies that enable trusted, well-governed data.
